Brad Goodwin is President of On Track Partners. Brad leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, operational integration, shared services development, and performance improvement across its portfolio of brands.

Working closely with founders and leadership teams, Brad has helped build a scalable operating platform focused on technician development, customer experience, digital marketing performance, and operational excellence.

Prior to joining On Track Partners, Brad spent several years with Accenture, advising executive teams at large privately held and publicly traded companies on strategy, operational improvement, and margin optimization initiatives.

Brad earned an MBA in Competitive Strategy from University of Florida, where he was a Matherly Scholar. He also holds a graduate degree from University of Mississippi and a BA from Millsaps College. Brad lives in Tampa with his wife and three daughters.”

Jason Hiller is the CEO of Liberty Service Partners, a rapidly growing home services platform focused on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical with a strong presence over 18 states.

Building his career in home services for over two decades with a primary focus on HVAC and Plumbing services, he has grown from working in the field to becoming a division vice president for American Residential Services. Through various promotions spanning multiple roles, Jason has had the opportunity to develop key leaders from within while increasing revenues by over $30mm during his tenure to achieve over $100mm in his region.

His experience includes integrating multiple acquisitions into a larger organization, and spearheading new service line additions to existing locations. Jason believes leading with a customer and employee first mindset has been the primary driver of his personal success, and his strong track record of both top and bottom line growth.

Outside of his busy career in the HVAC and Plumbing field, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing baseball for his club team in his home town of Charleston, South Carolina.

Drew Roberts is the CEO of UGD, a leading distributor focused on building materials and specialty products with 20+ locations nationwide.

Prior to this role, Drew was the CEO of ProSource Supply, a leading wholesale plumbing distributor based in Greenville, SC with 11 locations in North and South Carolina, and the CEO of M&D Distributors, an aftermarket diesel distribution company based in Houston, TX with 9 locations in Texas and Louisiana. Additionally, Drew spent several years at MORSCO, starting as a branch manager and concluding as the President of Plumbing & HVAC Division based in Dallas, TX.

Drew graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Drew lives in Greenville, SC with his wife and three sons.

Joe Clark is the COO of UGD, a leading distributor focused on building materials and specialty products with 20+ locations nationwide.

He has spent the last 20 years in the garage door industry, starting out as an installer. Joe has worked for both a family-owned garage door installation company and a national manufacturer, and most recently, spent three years on the executive team at United Garage Door Company helping to grow the business by more than fifty percent.

Joe proudly served eight years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. Joe received his degree in Business Management from Harrison College (formerly Indiana Business College). Joe resides in Grove City, Ohio with his wife Jamie and twin sons, Bryce and Owen.

Donny Beasley is the founder of Tri-State Water, Power & Air, and an Operating Partner to NorthCurrent. After founding Tri-State in 1992, as President and Chief Executive Officer, Donny led the company through meaningful growth over the next three decades as the company expanded to become a leading multi-state home services provider in the Midwest. Donny has always maintained a strong focus on mentoring and developing his team members, enabling individuals to achieve their career goals by succeeding in the home services industry.

​Donny resides in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with his family, and he also enjoys traveling with them to Costa Rica. Before starting his career and building a leading home services business, he received his BS in Accounting from Arkansas College. Donny is an avid golfer and engaged in his community, including serving on the Fellowship of Christian Athletes board and the advisory board of Montgomery Bank.

Jim was the former Chairman and CEO of United Garage Door Company and is now an operating partner to NorthCurrent, serving on the board of United Garage Door Company. In his twenty-five years at United Jim was the driver and chief architect of a growth-driven strategy which led to United Garage Door Company becoming one of the largest independent overhead door and door opener distributors in the Midwest. With locations in Cleveland, Columbus and Pittsburgh, United has become a market leader with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction along with developing and mentoring key personnel within the Company.

Jim lives in Chardon, Ohio with his wife, Lisa, of 46 years. Jim and Lisa have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. Prior to his career with and ownership of United Garage Door Company, Jim earned a B.A. in Economics at Ohio Wesleyan University in 1979. He then worked in management for the Kroger Company for twenty years. Jim enjoys his family, fly fishing, traveling. Jim is also a supporter of many local charities and an active member of Hambden Congregational Church.
